Select Paint & Finishes, LLC was contracted by Suffolk Construction Co. to complete the painting scope of the landmark South Station Air Rights Project, a transformative development that expands the South Station bus terminal and introduces a 51-story mixed-use tower. Within the ultra-luxury Ritz-Carlton Residences within the new tower, Select Paint delivered the complete interior painting of 136 condominiums, finished all core-and-shell amenity spaces, and installed wallcovering throughout the residential corridors and restrooms. The team also performed line striping in the parking garage, ensuring every detail reflected the high standards of the development. In the new South Station Bus Terminal, Select Paint’s scope consisted of painting 13 new bus berths, as well as finishes for the state-of-the-art communication system, new escalators and elevators, bathrooms, three commercial lease spaces, and twelve storage rooms. Through expert craftsmanship and precise execution, Select Paint & Finishes played a vital role in bringing this high-profile project to completion, leaving a lasting mark on one of Boston’s most significant developments.
