Select Paint & Finishes, LLC was contracted by Wise Construction Co. to perform the painting at 55 Summer Street in Downtown Boston, a 10-story office building that has been converted into Class A lab and office space under the brand “Genesis 55 Summer.” The project included speculative lab suites, new lab infrastructure, and an emergency generator, transforming it into a flexible environment targeting biotech tenants. This core shell upgrade and tenant fit-out project included all but the 2nd floor tenant. Select Paint performed the painting of walls, doors, frames and ceilings. Scope also included the painting of elevator doors with Scuffmaster Metallic Solid Metal on floors six through ten, along with epoxy finishes in the Eversource vault.
