Select Paint & Finishes was subcontracted to perform the interior and exterior painting of three separate warehouses located in Northborough, MA. Two of the buildings were 330,000 SF each and the third building was 175,000 SF. The exterior of the buildings were painted in three separate colors with a specialized, textured Sherwin William paint called Conflex. The scope also included the installation of an interior and exterior vapor barrier. This was an extremely fast paced project with many challenges, such as working during the COVID-19 pandemic and dealing with varying weather conditions. Two of the buildings are scheduled to be Amazon Distribution Warehouses.
