Select Paint & Finishes was subcontracted by general contractor, Structure Tone, Inc., to perform interior tenant improvements to their office space. Select Paint’s scope included the painting of all walls and ceilings within the 120,000 SF, 3-floor space. Select Paint performed the painting of their monumental steel stairs, installation of pre-made decorative wall panels and various specialty finishes, as well as the mounting and lay-out of custom-designed, 3-D specialty wall coverings.
