Select Paint & Finishes, LLC was hired by Consigli Construction Co. to perform the painting of this new construction, 18-story luxury apartment building located in Downtown Boston. The scope included the painting of all walls, ceilings and soffits; the painting of all of the millwork throughout the building, including wood base, door frames and unit doors; and the installation of various wallcovering patterns at the elevator lobbies. The walls, trim and ceilings in the amenity areas were all painted to give it a modern aesthetic.
