Select Paint & Finishes was contracted by a general contracting firm to perform the interior and exterior painting of two new residence halls totaling 267,000 square feet with 1,210 beds and a 39,500 square foot dining hall with an 800-person capacity. This project is a part of UMASS Dartmouth’s P3 new construction project valued at $134 million.
