Select Paint & Finishes was contracted by Suffolk Construction Co. to perform the interior and exterior painting of the new University of Massachusetts Amherst’s undergraduate, and graduate housing, which spanned over three buildings totaling 438,000 SF. Select’s scope consisted of the painting of all interior walls, ceilings, doors, and frames, all common areas and amenities, as well as the painting of all exterior siding and trim. Select also furnished and installed multiple custom wallcoverings and murals and wood veneer vinyl. This highly aggressive schedule was performed on time and within budget.
