Select Paint & Finishes, LLC was contracted directly by Suffolk Construction to perform the application of photoluminescent, Aerolon, intumescent, latex, and high-performance epoxy coatings to this dynamic 8-story, 377,000 SF EXP research center owned by Northeastern University. Scope also included the install of heavy-duty vinyl and soundproof acoustibuilt axiom ceilings. The development of EXP is helping to drive Northeastern’s commitment to recruiting 500 full-time, research-engaged faculty members over the next five years.
